The Effect Of Dish Soap On Plant Growth

AVON: Near-to-you vote against the increase of local taxes

After the election, taxes rising again!

When CM (City Council) 2007, our mayor had wanted to rein in tax: 0% increase from the municipality. In the last CM of 15 April 2008, the attitude is quite different since the election is over, "let us go! .

rate communal council tax increases from 14.41% to 14.70% . Nothing less than + 2.15% ... to add to the overall increase in the tax base determined by the tax, a total increase of more than 4.9% in 2008 : thus Mr Mayor thanked those who voted for him!

The rate of municipal developed property passes from 24.10% to 24.28% , and the tax base undergoes a general increase of 2.97%.

Andre Voisin, Councillor Near You has sought to reduce the bill to postpone the smaller maximum effort on property taxes and improve recovery: crap, our Prince will not change mind!

Politicians of our group (Gaulon Frederique, Marie Lequerré, Andre Voisin) voted against the increase rates of local taxes. was one of our campaign promises: local taxation is too heavy and in a difficult economic environment, the municipality must lead by example.

An increase would be nothing if it was justified and therefore useful to have: but what do you think we will do with that money? Always work for our prestigious Prince: palm trees in the streets, flowers surplus and cut off the view of motorists or children (School Avon center, crossroads and streets R. Dumoncel Fontenelle) ... including the top posts (1 truck + 2 employees for municipal water them!) streetlights doubled in number, overpowering, dazzling and made without burying the lines EDF and PTT at the same time, road works redone 3 times; work overcharged by private reports to estimate (80 000 € to repaint the boardroom), etc ....

YES, there are savings to be made to Avon and management to improve!

team " Near You " would have to give its opinion on expenditures on a daily basis. The committees established are most often as information meetings, no concrete financial data, too often partial and no power: we represent "blindfolded", without real information and without being able to communicate with those have (except our blog!).

Near You : 1 opposition group in the council of Avon, 28 Rue de la Moinerie, 77210 AVON

PS: Fontainebleau municipal rates are 13.77% for the fee for Housing and 22.08% for the developed property; Bercel the High Street (a street shared between the two communities), the people side Fontainebleau pay much less than those on the Avon, for the same environment.
