The situation
Avon is comprised of five neighborhoods that hardly communicate with each other. There is also a municipality that does not talk to his quarters. Results: Achievement contestable and contested that generated many nuisances.

Our proposals
Near V e set the goal to open and manage a House district in all five districts of Avon.
Near You undertakes to make a meeting place for everyone from 3 to 103 years, and in particular for sporting, cultural or leisure.
Near You undertakes to operate elected neighborhood councils. These neighborhood councils will have the role of the exchange between Avon, in order to reassemble the equipment needs, service, friendliness, leisure for all generations. An annual budget of € 10 000 per ward will be made available to them.
Near You undertakes that each council district has a resident representative, elected for one year to correspond with the City Council. He will address the City Council. Proposals for district councils will be discussed later in the Commission. It involves setting up a local form of direct democracy. An assistant will be appointed for each ward. A permanent location will meet weekly to have them.
